60 Presumed Dead After Boat Catches Fire In Libyan Coast

A rescue team has disclosed that around 60 migrants are presumed dead after their boat caught fire off the Libyan coast last week.

It was gathered that more than 100 people were traveling on a wooden boat in an attempted Mediterranean crossing.

So far, forty-five people were rescued and five bodies were recovered. Survivors say the passengers were from many different countries, including Sudan, Syria, and Egypt.
