Rwandair Temporarily Suspends Flights To SA, Others

The authority of Rwanda’s national carrier Rwandair has announced a temporal suspension on flights to South Africa, Zimbabwe, and Zambia.

The airline referred to the new Covid-19 variants reported in southern African countries as the reason for this development.

It was gathered that all flights to and from the cities of Johannesburg, Cape Town, Lusaka, and Harare have been suspended.

The airline also urged customers to request refunds or reschedule travel to the destinations.
