The case filed by Bukola Dakolo against Biodun Fatoyinbo, Founder of the Common Wealth of Zion has been dismissed.

However, the High Court of the Federal Capital Territory, Court 12, sitting at Bwari, Abuja dismissed the case.

Meanwhile, Justice Oathman A. Musa who judged the case claimed that the case is empty and purely sentimental.

Musa said the matter amounts to injustice and an abuse of judicial process, thus, aimed more at cruelty than obtaining justice.

Recall that Busola Dakola accused Biodun Fatoyinbo of raping her twice when she was a teenager.

Obviously, Biodun Fatoyinbo denied it, as well as other allegations that follow.

Subsequently, Busola filed a suit against Fatoyinbo through her lawyer Pelumi Olajengbesi.

On the other hand, Biodun Fatoyinbo’s lawyer Dr. Alex Izioyon (SAN) argued that the prayers in the suit could not be granted.

Izioyon stressed that the suit was frivolous and an abuse of court process.

The court also awarded costs of N1 million against Busola.

The court claims that he should have filed her ten times more because the court’s time was wasted.
