Fatoyinbo asks court to dismiss Busola Dakolo’s suit, demand N50 million

The Senior Pastor of Common Wealth of Zion Assembly (COZA) Biodun Fatoyinbo is demanding for the dismissal of the suit filed by Busola Dakolo.

Moreover, Fatoyinbo filed the counter-claim through his lawyer Dr. Alex Iziyon (SAN)

Fatoyinbo is, however, demanding for the dismissal of the suit on the ground that it is incompetent and frivolous.

Therefore, he is asking Busola to pay the sum of Fifty Million Naira for damages.

Additionally, Fatoyinbo demand for a clearly worded apology on the front page of at least two national newspapers.

The apologies should also be made on two national television stations for seven days, running consecutively.

The counter-claim is coming two weeks after Bukola Dakolo demanded Fatoyinbo apologies for allegedly raping her when she was a teenager.

Recall that, Dakolo, In a writ filed on her behalf by her lawyer, Pelumi Olajengbesi demanded that Fatoyinbo pens a worded apology on the front page of at least two national newspapers and two national television running consecutively for seven days.

Likewise, she also demands that the pastor addresses a personal apology letter to her showing honest remorse for his misdeed.

Dakolo claimed that the defilement by Fatoyinbo has adversely affected her marital sex life.
