Havi said he had been “reliably informed” by sources at the JKIA and in Miguna Miguna’s family.
He claims the controversial lawyer and politician was forced into a KLM flight at the airport in Nairobi.
Miguna has dual citizenship.
The opposition politician was arrested on Friday and charged with treason on Tuesday over the symbolic presidential “swearing in” of opposition leader Raila Odinga, reigniting street protests in which one person was killed.
